Half of the payment must be upfront. After I have finished the piece, I will send you a low resolution, watermarked copy. If you approve, you can send the other half and then receive the high-resolution copy.

If the commission has many intricate details (i.e. detailed tattoos, 5+ piercings, wings, etc.) you will be charged a small fee which will never go any higher than $5 CAD which can be paid in either half of the payment.

If you plan on posting the commission anywhere, you must credit one or more of my social media accounts that have my art.

If you edit, adjust, and/or recolour the commission in any way, the same rules still apply.

If you are not satisfied with the commission, contact me within 30 days of receiving the piece and I will redo it up to 3 times. Small adjustments, such as recolouring a specific piece of clothing, don’t count.*

Any commission can and possibly will be put in my portfolio and posted to other social media unless you request otherwise.

I am still in high school, so school comes before work. Feel free to contact me asking for an update on the commission, request for regular updates, or give me a certain deadline if need be.
*Doesn't apply to any traditional media.

Refunds.

If some of these rules don’t apply to your commission, you may ignore them.

If you've paid for a sketch, I completed it, and you want a refund, you will receive it in full.

If you choose to cancel your commission and I have not started/gotten farther than the sketch, you will get a full refund.

If you choose to cancel your commission and I have finished the inking, you will be refunded 75%.

If you choose to cancel your commission and I’ve gotten to colouring, you will be refunded 50%.

If you choose to cancel your commission and I’ve gotten to shading, you will be refunded 25%.

If you choose to cancel your commission once I have completed it, you will not be refunded any percent of the payment that has been provided. You will not receive any version of the commission.
